We purchased a lounge suite from budget beds in Boksburg shop 1 & 2, safeway centre
cnr adrian and bartlett rd Beyers Park Boksburg
we paid the deposit as required and it was told to us that it will take 10 working days as they manufacture the set and we also paid for the delivery we were told by James Hall that this would be delivered to us in 10 working days, when i saw that there was no delivery and that 10 working days had gone past i called and it was said by James that they would have it delivered by Monday, monday has come and gone and i called today and spoke to the owner Frank who said the set was never ordered to begin with he will follow up, when my husband called him Frank just had a very bad attitude and words were exchanged on the phone he then called my husband back and said that he can no longer supply us the lounge suite, so now we are waiting for our refund, DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company they treat you well when you are there but once they take your money you can just pick a number.
