Suspected food poisoning

I am still waiting for feedback we laid with Woolworths the Glen shopping centre about the food we purchased from the outlet. We all suffered from vomiting and diarrhoea after eating the food and incurred a bill over R1000 seeing a doctor in the casualty ward at Mulbarton hospital.
I got a call from some lady in Capetown who promised to investigate and a month has gone by with no response from either the glen or woolworths head office in Capetown. Will someone please get back to me!!!
