Guess sale items sold at normal price!!

A few weeks ago I went to the Guess store in Blue Route to get a Gift for my wife. I ended up getting a gift voucher, which she could use at her leisure. She went there and purchased 2 items of clothing. A few days later she pulled the sale sticker off the item only to see that it was the same price as the original selling price. They marked an item with the same price with a different (sale) sticker. Today my wife went to the store to have the matter sorted, to no avail. The assistant manager (Maajidah 021 712 6304) could not resolve the issue and referred the matter to the Regional Manager (Gareth, [Email Removed] This gentleman then responded by saying that can't assist because he is currently off work. He told my wife to leave her email addr. so he could explain the matter via email. My issues are as folows:
1. Why would you mark a sale item at the normal selling price. Where is the discount?
2. The Store Manager cannot deal with a simple matter such as this.
3. The Regional manager will not assist because he is off work.
4. We have to wait until the Regional decides to mail us with an explanation.
Bad service on every level! Shocking antics by Guess Blue Route.
