I returned a textbook on the 20th of October on account of numerous pages either being missing or having been printed upside down (SILKE 2013). Per your couriers website, the book was delivered on the 22nd of October to your premises. It is clearly indicated on your website that notification will be received that delivery was made successfully after which the customer should allow for "up to 2 weeks" for the refund to be processed. I have received no notification whatsoever that the book was delivered and no refund. I have phoned 3 of your operators, with each of them telling me that they will follow up with the returns departments and get back to me immediately, NONE of these operators have had the decency to get back to me or give me an update as to what is happening. It has now been over a month since I returned this item.

This is becoming extremely frustrating.
