My fiance and I went into Guess Canal Walk on Sunday and the service was disgusting. We received NO greeting, NOR were we asked if we could be assisted. There were 2 ladies present at the time and neither bothered 2 smile or assist. They just stood there. I think people just go 2 work 4 the sake of the getting "the next paycheck". I am really disgusted. I never ever received such treatment from the store in Cavendish Square. Send your staff for professional and ethical courses.
