If you tell my wife that she needs my makro cards and my ID to make a purchase on my name so be it, DO NO let she spent an hour (with a 5 month old baby) in your shop and then deny her to make a purchase when so comes to the till!!! It is absolutely pathetic and bad customer service. If you have a problem, pick up the phone and i will confirm!!!
