Otten "fresh" chicken

I bought fresh chicken at PnP (Lifestyle Hyper) at the beginning of January and it was off. I returned it and got refunded. I bought the fresh chicken again at PnP (Greenstone Hyper) last week and it was off. I can take back again and get refunded but the principle is it takes my time and effort to make the returns. I am not expecting to find rotten food on the fridges of a reputable store such as PnP.I am very dissapointed in PnP as this seems to be a regular occurence now.
