Dishonest and incompetent

Screen of my Nokia Lumia 720 phone cracked, but everything working fine for weeks after the accident.
Afternoon 20 November 2013 Game City gave written quote R1, 200 for repair by next afternoon. I left contact number. Returned next afternoon - phone in pieces, manager claimed could not get parts and that he'd been quoted up to R3 000 by suppliers. Rude & arrogant, claimed had not promised to repair the phone for the quoted price. When reminded of his WRITTEN quote, dismissive and patronizing - I 'did not understand.' Couldn't explain why had not called to warn me phone not fixed.
Told them I wanted my phone back in same state so I could go elsewhere. Put it together again but also damaged it - now has dead spots, some functions no longer work.
Disgusted and & angry at rude, incompetent, dishonest 'service' from Game City.
