Me and my partner made a lay bye of a wedding ring in September. We discussed the issue with the consultant who helped us then and asked about other options in case we wanted to put it on account. Today, firstly Victoria didn't know that you can cancel lay bye and put it on account. What a frastration. Secondly I wanted to resize the ring. She gave me 100s of rings to check which one that will fit me. Thirdly she told me she has been married for 11 years (I'm not interested in her privare life) daah, im the customer not her stupid friend. Lastly she frastrated us about the resizing that it might not be possible, maybe we will have to come and choose another one. Who wants another ring? Why did I choose this one. I hate that. She needs training in customer service
