On the 22 Nov 2013 I was sent R100 through money mobi of Pick n Pay. As I work in Honeydew I went to Pick n Pay to get the money. After confirming my details and getting the pin, those people did not know anything about a mobi money transfer. After making equiries in the shop they told me I must go to clear water. I asked them how do I get there while I did not even have a cent on me. Even to get my money I had to buy airtime.

I was so disappointed by such a big company to inform me that they don't offer money withdrawal at their branch. And employing people who does not know what to offer customers. These people it like they don't know for me it was a matter of survival as it was already late, I leave my work at 6 o'clock.
