Dont trust pick n pay mobile money

I was going to withdraw my money through mobile money as I had emergency. When I got there the consultant helped me at the til but couldn't proceed as they were offline. But when I checked the balance it looks like the withdrawal went through. I went back and told her that the withdrawal went through then she called Mobile money.. Spoke to some rude extremely rude lady and she said it should be back in 24 hrs. This morning I went back to pick n pay and got the very same consultant at the till and told her that the money is not yet reversed in my account. We called mobile money and they telling me that it will be reversed in 72 hrs that how they work. Who can wait for such a long time. these people must remember that we use these account for emergency its not like its a bank or something. imagine being told your money has disappeared nxxx
