Bad Service

This morning I went to the Pick n Pay Waverley branch to draw money from my Capitec Savings account - as this service are advertised on TV.The person at the till refused to assist me with a withdrawal of more than R200.00.There are no notifications up that you can only withdraw R200 and the advertisement on the TV also don't specify that there is a limit of R200 when you withdraw at a Pick n Pay. This is really bad service from Pick n Pay and I suggest that Capitec amend their advertisement on TV as this service are not available at the Pick n Pay. I don't even want to buy at the Pick n Pay anymore if this is the kind of service they offer.
