Glass Found in Pizza

On Saturday went to Aroma Di Cafe - My wife and i ordered a Pizza and Chicken basket with a cappuccino and cafe latte.
Coffees took over 20 minutes to arrive, but got it and was hot and tasted good.

Subsequently got the Pizza and chicken basket.
Halfway through the Pizza my wife had a shard of glass in the pizza which luckily did not cut her mouth.
I called the manager / owner who apologized but did not do anything to amend this.
Finished food and asked for bill, the waiter did not take off the Glass ridden pizza which if my wife ingested would have cut her and hospitalization would have been the only thing to save her life.
Thank this did not happen.

Service and Bad Attitude from this, and i feel people should be warned about this Alberton Establishment.
