9 MONTHS, STILL NO BB REPAIRS NO RETAIL SERVICE

I lodged a Hello Peter query about two weeks ago because I handed my BB in for repairs last July, and had still not received feedback, despite following up. After back and forth communication with Neronie Moodliyar she sent me an email telling me that my BB was repaired and that I could collect. I visited American Swiss, Vangate Mall to collect the phone and I was informed that it was never repaired. I was livid! I immediately informed Neronie and she eventually 'resolved' the matter by saying: The BB worked for 3 months, too bad it exploded. I was not satisfied with this response and communicated this to her, as I paid R2000 for the phone and had minimal use of it, as the charger exploded in the port. She then informed that Imraan would contact me, he never did, despite me attempting to make contact with him. This shows total disregard for me as a paying client and I want this matter resolved. I am appalled by the image the TFG portrays and the contradictory service given to clients. I informed Imraan that I either want the phone replaced or a refund. How can they expect me to be satisfied with a "Sorry, we cant help you" 7 month delayed response! I'm avail after 5pm, or between 1 2
