Return wrong cookware after waiting for 4 months

Hi Peter, I took my AMC classic pot to the shop @ Madeliefie and requested them to send the cookware to get repolish on 16/07/2013. It took them 4 months to return my goods, I received a call on Thursday that the pot arrived and are ready for collection. I collect my pot on 23/11/2013 just to find that this is not my cookware. The new pot is much smaller. I immediately return to the shop, the shop was closed, it was 10h14 and the shop was suppose to be open until 12h00, I phone the number on the shop door, The lady was doing her shopping and I had to wait for her. I pointed out that this is not my pot but she refused to listen to me and refuse to assist me. She insisted that I should listen to her and all she said is that this is my pot and that's it. I was expecting her to assist and try to resolve this. She could not care less and would at no point during the argument assist me. I just want my pot back, I don't even care if it polished or not. Please help me to resolve this!!
