Lack of Support for I.T. Products

We purchased a Prestigio 8 " tablet this week, on the strength of a consumer report praising [URL Removed] for their support in setting up the product. When we phoned their Help Line we were told to send emails on the problem.
We did state that this could be a protracted process for I.T. problems and we needed a one on one call to fix.

Needless to say 3 emails later, there was no response. On Friday I phoned again and spoke to Siviwe who was most helpful but on his own admission had no I.T. experience. When I asked to be put through to a manager we were given the stock Call Centre answer that they were all in meetings.
As such with the weekend ahead, we are loosing two days without being able to use the tablet.

I do believe that if [URL Removed] want to start selling I.T. products then they should have technical staff at their call centres, who can help customers over the phone or stick to what they do best and just sell books and DVD's.
