Hurt in Cambridge store

Good Morning

I walked into the Cambridge food store in Isipingo on Saturday morning. As I walked in a huge window aluminium frame fell on me. I have bruised my arm and it hit me on my head dazing me.
Everyone stopped to stare and someone called for the manager who was very rude and unhelpful. He told me go to the doctor and we will pay. I was too dazed too reply.
This is not the response I expected from Cambridge. Ultimately the frame should not have been left against the wall.
I am not the type of person who normally complains but I do feel that he could have compensated me in some way. It would only be fair. We do have telephone numbers of witnesses that saw the accident.
I look forward to a response from Cambridge.
