Had my phone upgraded at the store and asked about similar contracts with cell phone & laptops specials. Was told that they did not stock them and needed to order. Asked about a tablet but right off the bat decalared that I was technoloically stunted and needed help. Andrea Sassman brought out a tablet said it was the last one and openened it for me to have a look at. Did NOT demonstrate. I signed the new contracts for both phone and tablet. when I discovered 3 DAYS LATER that the phone could do everything the tablet could I called the call centre and asked whether I could return it. Ii WAS TOLD TO RETURN IT TO the store immediately which I did. They refused to take it back because it had already been opened and I had taken insurance on both items but would contact some other department who would notify me. I received a call a day later from Chantal Johnson informing me that the tablet would not be taken back because I had opened it which I DID NOT. WAS OPENED INstore by AS..Subsequent emails and telephone calls has been met with absolute silence. NO SIM SWOP which I paid for and have receipt. No response. Please help. I could also forward emails if necessary.
