Poor quality Product and bad attitude

I went into the store to exchange a hairband that i had bought month-end of October 2013, i have never used the hair band and when i wanted to use it yesterday, i realised it had a lot of factory faults and decided to return it.

I didnt have a receipt and didnt think that this would be an issue because it was clear that it was just the quality of the band that was not right, for me it seemed as a simply exchange, i was expecting them to give me another band peacefully - besides, im a regular customer there, to my surprise, the manager of the store treated me with such disrespect, shouting that i do not want to follow the rules and went as far as calling security on me. I offered that i would log on to my internet banking for her to see my transactions, she refused, i asked her to call her manager, ofwchich she never did instead she called security to remove me.

She eventually gave me a new hairband but my shopping experience with Forever new was soooo bad, i normally spend close to R2000 every single month at this shop but clearly going forward, i need to resort to finding another shop.
