On 11 September 2013 I purchased and paid for the "Essential Swahili Dictionary". On 18 October 2013 I received an email from Kalahari that they could not source the book anywhere and that they would pay my money back. They also offered me a lame R100 voucher for my amazing patience. On 18 October 2013 I replied that this was unacceptable and informed them that I wanted ALL my money back (cost of the book as well as delivery). Up until today, 22 November 2013 I haven't received any feedback from Kalahari whatsoever.
