Very Poor Customer Service

My KIC Fridge start to show a crack at the bottom of the door and that crack stared to grow quickly and after 2 days, suddenly it collapsed and the door fallen over, in next day I called KIC Customer Service Department and I reported the situation. on next day technician came to our house and after having proper inspection and investigation he confirmed that it happened due to manufacturing problem and we are able to use warranty services to fix it. He said that he is going to request the stock and in next week it will be fixed. after a week I called him, because I had not heard nothing from him and he said that the spare is not available and he requested from factory to change the door completely, then we have to be patient because it can take some times, a week after that I called him again, and he suggested me to report the customer services that my fridge is totally out of order and he will replace it with a new fridge. I called service centre and I explained the situation. They promised to sort it out quickly, after I have not received any feedback from them I call them again, and another lady said that she is going to follow this issue and call me. I am waiting for her call.
