Manufacturers error but no exchange

16/07/2013 We bought a Samsung ML 2160 Printer from Incredible connection. Within two weeks the printer started making the paper wavy, like a crinkle cut crisp. This got progressively worse and on 09/09/2013 we took the printer back. They assessed it and with a bit of a fight agreed to exchange it for a new printer in the same model. Middle of October this new printer started doing the same. On 20/11/2013 we took the printer back again, the sales person's immediate response was: "Does it crinkle the paper? ". We told them it did, but this time they refused to exchange it. We were even willing to pay in on a better model, but they want to send it in for assessment. This is unacceptable as it is obviously a defect in this model. We are running a business and cannot go without a printer. It is still under warrantee and according to the CPA a product has to be replaced if it has a manufacturers error. We do not want something repaired that had a defect to start of with, this is obviously the case as the sales person even knew what the problem was even before we mentioned it. We had all the required sales slips. What are we supposed to do without a fully functional printer!
