Incorrect Medication Supplied

I suffer from a disease called scleroderma. On the 07/06 I had a prescription filled at Clicks at Campus Square. I noticed that the packaging was different but as the box on the outside reflected the correct medication I did not bother. The Medication for 500mg is /- R2000.00 for a month. When I filled my prescription the following month I found out that the packaging had not changed and that I in fact was given medication that was not correct and the contents also differed to what the box said. The box said 500mg and I was given 250mg. I contacted clicks and even sent them the proof. A lady by the name of Soveena contacted me and her method of resolving the issue was to refund me the difference of the medication or give me one months medication free. I told her that was not the reason I was complaining but I in fact was rushed to hospital as I couldn't breathe. She said it was handed over to their legal team and will get back to me. I had informed her that I am still awaiting their response but this was also ignored. Ignoring someone after such a grave mistake is evident that they just don't care.
