Pricing always out

I have been shopping at pick n pay lakefield for many years it's very convenient almost every time I go in the price on the shelf and at the till are different (always higher) I have brought it to the managements attention many times but nothing happens. I am now forced to shop at checkers some distance away but have no problem with pricing now.
