Customer service is so so bad

I Noxolo Munukwa visited pick n pay on the 21 nov i visited the pharmacy in pick n pay for family planning, i then met a lady a the counter by the name of malibongwe mbatha who was not helpful at all she had this attitude of i don't want to help you written on her face, i still asked her what was the process as i did not have a card and her respond was how will i help you if you don't have a card and you could see her face fr-awn. I then asked the other staff members if there was someone willing to help and they said that she was supposed to help you and she has an attitude problem.so in that case if she will be like that towards customer then she is in the wrong environment.she must take a change in career path. Im also a cashier in retail and know whats happening there.
