Bad attitude from hostess

I visited Spur in Cavendish on Sunday morning for breakfast. Service from the waitress was good besides her forgetting my mushrooms which I ordered. We then went to pay at the counter where a lady Shamiegah was assisting. She had this attitude when dealing with us. She asked in an abrupt way if we just paying the amount on the slip. I felt that I didnt need to give a tip seeing that the waitress forgot my mushrooms and the scrambled egg was so salty that I could hardly eat it, I left most of it still on the plate. The hostess then went on with the payment, she gave my debit card back with the slip without saying thank you, we then gave her the Spur family card and she banged it on the counter which I found very rude seeing that she had this attitude to go along with it. I could also pick up that she had an attitude with the staff when she asked who's customers we were. I do not appreciate being treated like that especially if we paying for a service.
