Poor client service & goods received NOT ordered

A rep name Grant phoned couple of months ago & we agreed to take ONE print cartridge for a trial period. After many calls we said we were not interested, and we paid the 1st cartridge. He kept calling, but we declined further orders. A week ago in the mail we received a 2nd one which we did NOT order. When I called their office to ask for a return address Craig said that we already accepted it and that they won't take it back. When I said that I am not interested in some kind of (see other internet complaints online) Craig went off and said that I must be a scammer too for accusing them and that he didn't call me a or murderer and that he has a right to be arrogant because I am representing my company and that I must appologize to him immediately. Now, I am their client, and that is not a way to treat a client or potential clients if you are also representing a company and want my money. I was so disgusted I put the phone down in his ear. That is NOT clients service and assistance, and I still have no delivery address. And the best part is the little Woolies Voucher (bribe?) you get with the cartridge. Terrible I tell you. VERY poor service and terrible bad attitude.
