I am so dissapointed at what kellogg's has done or has been doing to costumers misleading them into buying their product lying that the is airtime to be won only to find out they were lying to make sales, i bought a 750g box and sms's the barcode and everything an sms from them adviced i will receive airtime after 48hours my sister in law bought 2 box same thing no airtime now the competion has ended so does that mean we must forget about the airtime? i sent an email to costumer service then they rudely replied by saying competion ended on the 31/10/2013 which was irrelevant as i played long before the competion could end, they didn't even bother to ask me the details, i am so dissapointed, such a big company yet with little morals they need to respect me and my money by giving atleast good service!
