City of Tshwane Municipality
Two dustins missing in one month

As per my two e-mail to city of Tshwane to complain on 17 July 2013 that my dustbin is missing. I then got another dustbin that is now missing today as per my e-mail to you. I expect to receive both dustbins back or a new dustbin from city of tshwane, as this is when the dustbins went missing after the rubbish removal truck has been here, they do not return my dustbin.
