Bad quality of Meat sold on Special

I bought meat from this store on the 30 October 2013 which was advertised at R49.99 per KG (the manager at the store is aware of the issue I initially had with getting the meat!)

The meat was terrible, fatty, smelled bad and slimy - I refered the matter to Mary Johnson and Mare Troskie on the 31 October 2013 for the poor quality of meat.
We purchase alot from PnP and I expect better quality. I know meat comes in grades "A, B, C" but the meat I bought was more like "D" grade and I can understand why it was sold at that price!

I am more disappointed that this was escalated to senior managers at PnP and I have not been contacted by Troskie Mare yet to discuss further - very disappointing service and quality, I expect better from PnP

I would like a detailed email as to what happened and why was the meat of such poor quality, its seems like we as consumers are beign ripped off and PnP just wanted to get rid of the meat and hence sold at this low price, so, I expect an detailed email on this matter to be sent to me
