Otten meat with a wrong dates

I bought so meat at just price supermarket and when I got home I opened the pack of the meat at the bottom on the meat it was bad wroten with fungas meat on top was very fresh I bought the meat on the 03/01/2014 but the packing date was 04/01/2014 so that mean the meat I bought was set on the a wrong date l need so advice on what to do with these people cause this will happen to someone they may eat the meat and die or something happens to them
