Awaiting feedback since September re expired goods

I came across a special at PnP Steeldale, All Bran Sultanas going at half price. I bought them and as I was about to open them a day or 2 later I discovered they were expiring the next day. I sent a complaint on the website, called the call centre AND contacted the pnp twitter account to get feedback. It is almost December and no one has had the decency to contact me. These guys do not deserve another cent from me.
