Placing expired or about to expire food on sale

I bought frozen fish which was on special and I thought it was a great bargain, but on my way home I found it odd that the price was so low and it bugged me. When I got home I decided to check the expiry date to my suprise some of it had expired on the 14 Nov 2013 and some were expiring on the same day while two boxes were expiring in December. Now my concern is Sea food is very dangerous when expired and I have a year old son who loves fish. I believe the shop shouuld take responsibility for selling expired food to their loyal costomers. I find this disrespectful and this shows the store doesn't have the interest of the customer at heart and their main concern is making money. I just wonder how many customers like me bought the same product thinking it was a bargain meanwhile its a deathtrap. I think the shop should be taken to task.
