I wanted to buy a kg of frozen chips harvester

I was looking through the the chips the frozen one's saw that the one called harvester on the price it had a round blue disk covering the no 1 only found that out later so here i am looking a R9.99.so i took it going to the till then finding out that the price was R19.99 witch of cause i refuse.well thy told that the cant do any thing about it its not part or some thing of there policy well i did not take it I'm not happy its misleading for the people and I'm a pensioner. I'm first contacting you then after no joy then the consumers law .thk.
