Fly in my Chips!

Hi, i work in canal walk for 5 years now, i always go to pick n Pay for food, because im always happy and impressed with their food, i go to pick n pay at least every day.
Until last week, i ordered 10rands hot chips, and was told too wait 5 mins for the new batch of chips, witch is cool, i understand that, then i finally got my chips, opened it at work on a plate, i almost died! i saw a huge fly (dead) in my chips, i was honestly sick too my tummy, because i ate half already, i was so sick, im so upset because its a huge disappointment, i feel so sad this happen, and i would really like some kind of feed back or "making up for this" because pick n pay is so awesome
and im not even upset, im more disappointed and disgusted!!!
sad too say, ive never been back too get food there
