Taken advantages of cyclist in need

On Sunday 17 November 2013 I road the 94.7 cycle challenge. My chain broke and I required a new chain pin. All my links were still intact, but main chain pin went missing. I stopped at the service station on Bompas where Kyalami pro cycles had a stand. They charged me R40 for a chain pin. The women that was working there was running around collecting money. It felt like they were there to make money and not help the cyclists. I am utterly disgusted and don't even want to know how much they charged for a tube.
