What customer service? So I voted with my feet!

Fri 8 Nov, dealt with Kerry @ customer service regarding a gold sandal I wanted in a size 4 - only 5 on the floor. Said system was down, couldn't check, khanyiso or sme would call me. Heard nothing, called Musgrave on Fri evening-after many phonecalls nathi called me back, confirmed pavilion had a size 4 I could collect at customer service. He didnt have name of who he dealt with - I confirmed the style code, size and colour -OOPS it's a black sandal they're keeping!!! I asked him to call back and keep a gold pair aside in the 4 and get a contact name for me. He called back, said he spoke to Wandi and she had a gold 4. I called in @ customer service the next morning @ pavilion and said I was there to collect a sandal that wandi had put away for me. The lady (arm in sling) looked under the desk and then sauntered off. After quite a wait she arrived and handed me a black size 4! No wrong colour - so I relayed the story Nathi had told me. Off she sauntered again and a longer wait ensued - no feedback - eventually she came back and smugly passed me a gold pair - SIZE 5"S!! She went to the back. After a long wait and no explanation I left! They have my cell number, but still NOT A WORD!!
