Wrongful representation of products

I recently purchased the following item from Kalahari: Coheed and Cambria - Neverender: Children of the Fence. However, due to the product being wrongfully representation on the website I received Coheed and Cambria: Neverender. There is a massive difference between the two products but Kalahari obviously does not care about selling or labeling items correctly on their website. No explanation nothing! And they are still selling the product, mislabeled mind you, on their website.

What is even more appalling is that their competitor Takealot correctly labels the product on their website.

I have had more bad experiences in the last year with Kalahari than good ones.

Luckily there is an alternative! Really disappointing Kalahari.
