I bought a Toni & Guy hair dryer that had an incorrect size attachment in my box. I took it back and exchanged it and found even that one had the wrong size attachment as well. I contacted Clicks South Africa and the Complaints Resolution Team was on it. When Insaaf Mohamed got back to me, he already had a remedy to my problem and found me the correct hair dryer in a nearby town. When I raised the point that it would be difficult for me to fetch it in that town, he arranged with Didi from the branch in my town to have it transported to them. Insaaf went the extra mile and I am so thankful, Clicks is a caring brand and they have a lifetime customer in me. I am truly surprised and appreciate their effort to make sure I am satisfied with a product I bought from them. THANK YOU Insaaf Mohamed, Didi and Clicks South Africa!
