Terrible service by Rochester Craighall

The supplier firstly captured the order wrongly. I was promised delivery within a certain time abd that never happened on time. When the delivery was finally made there were items missing, some wrong components and they didn't have the required assembly tools and therefore unable to do anything. This has been the worst service ive experienced in years. Pity because they have good quality merchandise.
