Receiving Statements when I am not even a client

I have been fruitlessly trying to get my email removed since I am receiving account statements from one of Woolworths' clients and I myself am not a woolworths client.
Everytime when they eventually respond they want me to give them my account number, and I keep telling them that I don't have one. And on these statements, no client info even appears, the account number is starred out - 6007 8503, just like this. Is it so difficult just to remove my email???
I see most purchases are done in Lichtenburg. I live in Pretoria 250km from there. I am getting fed up with the lack of effort to resolve this and am complaining here as a last ditch effort before I go to the ombudsman.
