Paid more than 2 years ago but still listed on itc

I have paid this account in full over 2 years ago and still I'm listed on itc by @home... I quarried this about a year ago and spoke to a lady (I cant remember who)... I explained to the lady (she asked me the proof of payment) that I moved banks and that the nedbank can help me if I cant give them a date when I paid... now I don't believe that your accounts department cant pick up my payment... one goes back and one look at ref. numbers and also amounts and also the name of the person that paid the account... the lady with whom I spoke said she will go back and have a look but never came back to me... can some one sort this out...?!
