Takes more than a month to recieve stationery

They are a COD company which is OK, but that should mean a good service. they take for ever to send you a quote, once you have a quote they take weeks to give pro forma invoice, even when you call them everyday, don't even try mentioning the importance f your order because it doesn't make a difference, at times i believe they just sit and forget about you until you call n thereafter give you empty promises, which will delay payment and that means delay of receiving your goods because they don't deliver unless you pay.
