Damaged Goods, Hygiene, Out of stock

I went to do a quick grocery shop at Game Canal walk this weekend and must say it was the worse grocery experience ever! Firstly, they were out of stock with butter. Then I needed cheese and they only had it in bulk. Wanted some carrots and saw a rotten bag on the shelf. That's when I spoke to a guy close by and made him aware of it and he said sorry and wanted to put it back on the shelve, I then asked if that's what they want to sell to customers and he removed it. Got to the broccoli and there was a a bug in the sealed bag and I asked for the manager and he came to me and as I asked if he is the manager he says "unfortunately so"... gave him the broccoli and explained to him that this is not on as people could get terribly ill if they had to cook with this. I then went to get butternut and gave yet another bag with damaged rotten goods.

What does these people think of their customers keeping this type of stock on their shelves???
