Off food/bad attitude

We have a kwikspar in Lorraine, Port Elizabeth. I as a rule hate shopping there as then staff does you this huge favour by serving you. They ALWAYS standing right by the frnt door and smoking. Went there on Fri eve quickly there was no 2% milk of their own make only full cream. Today stopped there in a rush, got butternut and it is all snotty and off. I ask to see the manager to do a exchange she sents me a message from the back she is busy i must wait. I mean really!!! Eventually the security guard helped me. I vowed that was the last time i shopped there!!!
