GOOD MORNING MY NAME IS JUSTINAH YVONNE AMIER. MY FATHER HAD AN ACCOUNT WITH EDGARS AND HE PASSED AWAY ON 23 APRIL 2013. I WENT TO EDGARS CHURCH STR PRETORIA ON 3 MAY 2013, GAVE THEM EVERYTHING THEY REQUESTED CAUSE HE HAD AN ACC PROTECTION AND CLASSIC LIFE FUNERAL PLAN WITH THEM. THEY SAID THEY WILL LET ME KNOW WHAT'S HAPPENING BUT TILL DATE I STILL HAVE'NT HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM NOT EVEN AN SMS CONFIRMING THAT I HAVE PUT THROUGH A CLAIM. I WANT TO KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON CAUSE ACCORDING TO ME POLICIES PAY OUT WITHIN 48HRS FROM DATE REPORTED. I WOULD APPRECIATE IT IF YOU CAN COME BACK TO ME ASAP COZ MY FATHER ALWAYS PAID ON TIME.
