Back chatted by a lazy employee in food section

I am a regular customer at Pick n Pay outlet in PE, Summerstrand. Can safely say i experienced disrespect on the highest level coming from a woman working at the section where you purchase cooked food. I ordered chips/fries, she had not even asked me if i had wanted spice on them like all the others do. Instead she gave me the annoyed and irritated look and tried to convince me I am the one who is suppose to pour spice onto my chips. Exactly what is this woman employed for as its the second time she has now reacted so rude towards me. She has no care as how she represents the customer service level for Pick n Pay. With that been said, I have no tolerance for employees that have a bad attitude towards potential clients, am extremely unhappy.
