Disappointed in Mokki

We bought a bed for my daughter which was R4000.00. The colour started to fade so I send them an email in 2012 about twice and again this year 2013. They came back to me today saying that there is nothing that they can do about it. I should live with it!! I can also ask a Panel beater to spray it for me! That is just not acceptable. I am so dissapointed
