Old lamb shank with moulde growing on it!

My boyfriend and I regularly go to Foodlovers Tokai and stock up on meat and our veg for the week. I have heard stories of them often having off produce especially the meat... However I had never experienced this, so all was good. Until a few week back when we saw them Selling mouldie lamb shank for R89.99 a KG. How can you put this in your display window... I still feel sick to my stomach, that is enough to send someone to hospital! Do you have any level of quality control? I do have images, if required?! I look forward to your response.
