I'm writing this report on behalf of my sister who has an account with you and I happen to help her with paying account. You guys just never disappoint, I took out a Sound system in 2008, and I regretted myself for that because the was not even 3 months old. It started giving me problems, I had to use of my own money to take the system back to the store. I made sure that I informed everyone around me not to ever take any electrical appliances with you guys. My sister Zolelwa gave you guys the benefit of a doubt; she bought a sound system (SANSUI) last year. I must tell you it has been a nightmare for her. The never worked properly from the word go. Guess what she was told to bring it back on her account. She had to hire a car to bring it into the store and back home. Guess what? We got home and the piece of sh@#t was not working again. The same drill had to happen again to bring it in. No one even has the decency to call her and tell her what is happening, she had to call herself. Only to find out that the speaker is not working. Now whose problem is that suppose to be, the debit order s going off her account every month. Your service!!
